Music composer Shravan Rathod meets an road accident, placed in ICU

Noted Musician Shravan of Nadeem-Shravan pair, has met with a road accident on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway early morning today.

He met with an accident near Behror in Alwar district over 140 kms from Jaipur.

The accident has reportedly occurred in early morning, when Shravan was travelling from Noida to Jaipur.

The accident took place when the driver tried to avoid collision with a Nilgai, who came all of a sudden before the Car.

The driver instead of avoiding the collision hit the divider.

The music composer sustained little fracture in the vertebrae.

The driver too suffered minor injuries.

The driver Bashir Ahmad said that the car collided with a Nilgai. This has led to lose control over the vehicle and it hit the divider, he added.

 Shravan has been shifted to  Kailash Hospital and placed under the observation of  Intensive Care Unit (ICU) .

Panel of doctors have reviewed his health position to take further course of action .

It is to be mentioned here that Nadeem-Shravan pair were among the most successful music directors of the 1990s.

But they could not continue working together.

Both parted away in the year 2005 and began composing music independently.

It is also to be mentioned here that both music composers have given many musical hit films like Aashiqui (1990), Saajan (1991), Deewana (1992), Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke (1993), Rang (1993), Dilwale (1994), Raja (1995).

We pray that Shravan is fine and wish him a speedy recovery.
