Yoga Guru Ramdev's remedy for infertility medicine 'Divya Putrajeevak' turns controversial

Yoga Guru Ramdev has made the news for wrong reasons. Baba Ramdev's pharmacy groups sell the medicines as a remedy for infertility.Some of the pharmacies allegedly sell the medicines with the propaganda that consuming the medicine will guarntee the birth of a boy.

Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Pharmacies are running their business in most cities of India. Apart from treatment of infertility, the chain of pharmacies being spread in various cities also sell the natural medicines made of hurbs.

'Divya Putrajeevak Seed' medicine has grabbed the attention of the people as it has been reportedly learnt that this medicine is a solution for giving birth to baby boy.

The said medicine has turned hit as many people have tried it with the hope that they will be blessed with a baby boy. The people who have been blessed with a baby boy, they too circulated the news confirming the usefulness of the medicine.

When contacted, some of the medicine seller of Patanjali pharmacies said that claim is not supported by the text on the medicine packs. It is people's faith who allegedly come to the shop to purchase the natural drug.

At one stage, when PM Narendra Modi has been encouraging a girl child with his campaign of saving a girl child, the other side, Baba Ramdev's medicine reportedly claimed for birth of a baby boy, has confused the people.

In Rajya Sabha, the said issue has been highlighted which has become the subject of debate. JD-U leader KC Tyagi has demanded a probe on it.

Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Mukthar Abbas Naqvi said that it is not an issue of argument. A probe into this effect will serve the purpose, he added.

With the news that the population of female has been dwindling, the Supreme Court has recently passed out instructions to Yahoo!, Google and Microsoft's Bing to stop displaying ads for sex determination tests.
