KCR, Telangana  Assembly  hail ' Baahubali' award

The movie  " Baahubali : The Beginning " has created history in movie World.

 Telangana State Assembly has passed a resolution congratulating the makers of the film, `Baahubali' on Tuesday. 

Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) hailed the national award for the prominent director SS Rajamouli's film which established the primacy of the Telugu cinema.

" Baahubali : The Beginning " won the award for the Best Film in the 63rd  National Awards on Monday.

It is an epic historical.

The movie features actors Prabhash, Rana Daggubati, Tamannah and Anuyshka Shetty in lead roles. Ramya Krishna is seen in a key role.

The first South Indian film that grossed over Rs 600 crore was made with a budget of Rs 120 crore and released worldwide on July 10, 2015..

It is the first non-Hindi film to gross over Rs 100 crore in Hindi.

The movie is praised for the best special effects.

SS Rajamouli acts as spirit seller in the film, as part of a cameo role.
