Petition of Roja's suspension deferred to March 9
YSR Congress Party Nagari legislator Roja has been under legal scanner.
To defend herself from the charges of one year suspension from Assembly, the MLA has questioned state Assembly in her petition.
The said petition on suspension issue has come up for hearing in the Hyderabad High Court today.
Assembly Secretary has asked the court to give some time to counter the petition of YSRCP MLA.
Lawyer of Roja, on the other hand, has appealed the Court to give a stay on her suspension.
The case has been deferred to March 9 by the Court.
