Register case against Rahul Gandhi, Subramanian Swamy to ED
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy alleged that AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi owns a shell company in UK which received kickbacks from Indian Defence deals.
He demanded the Centre to order ED to probe into his allegations.
Earlier, the BJP leader wrote to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, asking for cancellation of Gandhi's membership in the Parliament.
Subsequent to this, Swamy approached the Foreign Affairs Minister requesting for a probe by the Indian High Commission in London.
