Supreme Court rejects PIL against Sujana Chowdary
The Supreme Court has rejected PIL against the union minister Sujana Chowdhary.
The Supreme Court has suggested the lawyer of the petitioner Vinod Kumar stating that first he should approach RBI and SFIO with complaint.
In case, if they do not respond, then he can approach the Apex Court.
It is to be mentioned here that Union Minister Y S Chowdary has been accused in a case filed by a Mauritius-based bank for alleged default of repayment of loan.
