A liitle relief to RK Roja on her suspension issue
Actress turned YSRCP MLA Roja got some relief in Supreme Court on Friday.
The court ordered to allow her into YSRCP office in the state assembly.
Roja's advocate Indira Jaisingh, on behalf of her client submitted the judge a copy of the letter in which Roja rendered apology to assembly speaker.
SC, while accepting the detailed letter of Roja, presented by her lawyer, has made it clear once again that the decision of Speaker and house is final on Roja's suspension issue.
The court asked the speaker to take a decision based on the letter.
The Apex Court has also advised the speaker not to drag the matter further and solve it amicably.
YSRCP Nagari MLA Roja, while addressing to Speaker Kodela Sivaprasad Rao, in her letter, said that she never abused anybody intentionally.
In the letter, she said that she is taking back the comments she made earlier and one of the same copy has been presented to SC.
YSRCP MLA said in the letter said that some persons provocated her and made some comments on her personal life too.
The legislator explained that she had to made the comments in those circumstances only.
The case has been deferred to first week of August.
