Akshara Haasan turns  assistant director of his father's film

Akshara Haasan, the youngest daughter of South India's veteran actor and film maker  Kamal Haasan, has turned as an assistant director.

She has joined on her father's upcoming trilingual film 'Sabaash Naidu'.

It will go on the floors in May.

Reports said that Akshara will be assisting director Rajeev Kumar.

With her joining, it is a treat for the fans that Kamal Haasan is making his film with his two daughters,  as another daughter  Shruti Haasan will be seen playing his daughter in the film.

The film reportedly based on action and comedy backdrops will simultaneously be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

The film also features Ramya Krishnan and Manu Narayanan.

The film will go on floors in May month and it is learnt that maximum part of the project will be shot in US.

The film's music is scored by maestro Ilayaraja.
