AP state minister son's judicial custody ends; shifted to Chanchalguda jail

It is probably for the first time that Nirbhaya case has been booked against a minister's son in India.

The judicial custody of Ravela Sushil and his driver, Ramesh ended today and both were produced in Nampally court, by the police.

 Later, they were shifted to Chanchalguda jail.

In his interroration, Sushil denied that he held any woman's hand and said that they were trying to fix him in false charges.

 Andhra Pradesh Social and Tribal Welfare Minister Ravela Kishore Babu's son, Ravela Susheel was booked under Nirbhaya Act for following a lady teacher and trying to drag her in to his car.

Earlier, as per DCP Venkateswarao, under the sections 509 and 354, two cases have been booked against the Minister’s son as well as the other accused.

Ravela Sushil  was booked for misbehaving  and harassing a muslim women and the video footage telecasted on TV channels showed the same.
