Training academy coming up at Begumpet airport
A training academy at Begumpet Airport is coming up as the Telangana government and French aviation services training provider Aero Campus Aquitaine have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in this regard.
The said MoU was signed by Telangana state's Principal Secretary for Industries Arvind Kumar with Jerome Verschave of Aero Campus and Anna Raimat of Bordequx Metropole, in the presence of Telangana Industries Minister Jupally Krishna Rao.
It is said that 300 students will be initially given permission to join the the academy.
The academy is planning to provide training to 2000 annually in three years.
State’s Principal Secretary for Industries Arvind Kumar said that residential facilities will be provided to aspirants from weaker sections and they will benefit from government subsidy.
