Another shock to YSRCP as MLA Mani Gandhi joins TDP
It is yet another shock to YSRCP cadre and its supremo YS Jagan Mohan Reddy as Kodumuru YCP MLA Mani Gandhi met Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at his residence near Vijayawada on Wednesday morning
Mani Gandhi,hailing from Kurnool in Rayalaseema districts had expressed his desire to join the ruling TDP.
His wish was accepted as he was greeted by the Chief Minister.
Addressing the media after joining into TDP, Mani Gandhi said that Kodumuru was a backward area with lots of trouble being faced by people and he wanted to bring about its development.
Along with Mani Gandhi, several Telugu Desam leaders from the area also attended the meeting with Chandrababu.
With his joining into TDP fold, the YCP strength in the Assembly now stood at 59.
