Suzlon coming up with Rs.1,200 crore power plants in Telangana
Telangana government is coming up with many innovative constructive plans.
As part of it, the government okayed Suzlon Group to to set up renewable energy units in the state with an investment of Rs.1,200 crore.
The said development took place after the state Information Technology and Urban Development Minister K.T. Rama Rao(KTR) met Suzlon chairman and managing director Tulsi R. Tanti in Mumbai.
The minister, son of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, has given assurance extending support to Suzlon for setting up 3,000 MW solar, wind hybrid power plants in the state.
Minister KTR also met Uday Kotak, Kotak Group managing director and vice-president and came to know that the group is interested to expand its business by putting investment and create new jobs in Telangana.
The minister also discussed with Mahindra Group chairman and managing director Anand Mahindra and came to know the group’s investment and expansion plans in Telangana.
Minister KTR Rama Rao, while addressing at VC Circle Partners summit, explained the investment opportunities and the policy of the government.
