KCR plans E-campaigning for GHMC polls
Telangana chief minister K Chandra Shekhar Rao, popularly known as KCR, plans to use latest technology for campaigning in the GHMC elections.
Called Ecampaigning, it envisages that if KCR speaks at one place, people from several locations in the surrounding areas will be able to hear him.
Also if these people ask him questions he will be able to answer them immediately.
It is also planned to organise two or three public meetings.
