TRS MP Kavitha satires on Pawan Kalyan

After KCR's son, the Chief Minister's daughter has got into the act. Differing with her brother on integrating the Telugus, Kavita, MP from Nizamabad, on Saturday criticised Power Star Pavan Kalyan for campaigning for the TDP-BJP combine in the run-up to the GHMC elections.

Talking to newsmen from Telangana Bhavan, Kavita jeered at the TDP-BJP combine for fielding Pavan Kalyan to campaign for `settlers' votes' in Hyderabad.

"Cranky Pavan was already shown the stars by KCR," meaning the Power Star was already stunned into silence by her father on an earlier occasion.

Shockingly, she forecast: `The grease-painted Pavan would have to pack up after the elections." She perhaps meant he would have to quit politics for good and continue in his starry career. "That is his nature."

"So far as the TRS is concerned, the party would fight on even by subsisting on lentil soup to be with the common people," she added.

The fans of Janasena leader Pavan Kalyan maybe squirming in the seats of cinema halls over the remarks against their leader.

The TDP-BJP leaders, on their part, are going to compare and contrast and contradict Kavita's remarks.

Hardly 24 hours ago, IT Minister Taraka Ramarao talked of unity and prosperity of the Telugu people, their common destiny etc. His party wishing to change its name to Telugu Rashtra Samiti and he going to contest the next election from the Bhimavaram constituency in a lighter vein.
