Suriya as a police officer in S3

Chennai, Jan 7 - South Indian actor Suriya is coming up with the third installment of the Singam franchise movie.

The movie makers have announced that  actor Suriya will be as seen as a powerful police officer.

The film is officially titled S3 with a tagline 'The Universal Cop'.

The film's production banner Studio Green has officially announced the development of the movie by means of micro-blogging site Twitter.

Within few days from now, three posters of the film will be released, movie unit said.

The director Hari who is shaping the movie in Vishakhapatnam has also directed the first two parts.

The film features Shruti Haasan and Anushka Shetty in the lead female roles.

Harris Jayaraj is reportedly the music composer of the movie.
