PM Modi Concludes His Three-nation Tour 




NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after completing his three-nation visit, has returned to home soil to-night.

His three nations tour included  Russia, Afghanistan and a surprise stop-over in Pakistan.  

PM Narendra Modi held talks with President Vladimir Putin during his 2 day tour .

The discussion was aimed at defence and nuclear cooperation issues.          

Modi then made a visit to Afghanistan, which was not officially announced.

The Prime Minister  was seen  inaugurating the new building of the Afghan Parliament in Kabul, that is being built by India at a cost of USD 90 million in the presence of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani.

He has also addressed the Afghan Parliament.          

Lastly PM Modi surprised everyone as he visited  Pakistan's Lahore. He wished his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif on his 66th birthday today.

It has been reported that PM Modi spent  150-minute in Pakistan and his visit to Pakistan was first by an Indian Prime Minsiter in nearly 12 years.    

Both countries PMs have reportedly decided to open ways for peace for the people of the two countries.
