EC pins KCR for breaking election code
Election Commission has pinned KCR for breaking election code during Warangal LS by-polls.
He announced that Kalyanalakshmi scheme will be applicable to Backward Classes from the next financial year.
The announcement was made in the context of the election campaign, it said.
The EC further warned him not to repeat such acts in the future.
It examined several complaints by Opposition parties regarding the issue.
