ED & IT dept raid on P Chidambaram's son's firms

Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram's son Karthi has made the news in connection with money laundering probe in the Aircel-Maxis case.

It has been reported that the Enforcement Directorate (ED ) and Income Tax department conducted raids at some places of Congress leader Karthi Chidambaram.

The said agencies have reportedly conducted raids at two firms namely 'Vasan Eye Care' and 'Advantage Strategic' related with Karthi.On the other hand, former finance minister P Chidambaram and father of Karthi has alleged that government is targeting him.

'I am ready to face the malicious onslaught launched by the government',P Chidambaram added.
