Temporary secretariat at Mangalagiri draws flak
The TDP government is making plans to construct temporary Secretariat in the land belonging to the CRDA near Mangalagiri.
The government wants to build structures with 6 lakh square feet and proposed to spend Rs 5,000 per square feet.
A GO in this regard would be issued in two days. However, real estate businessmen have expressed anguish that the State government is spending more per square feet when the same can be build at Rs 3,000 per square feet.
The government would be spending Rs 300 crore for construction of secretariat in which Rs 150 crore is as loan from Hudco.
