Lionel Messi wins best player of Globe Soccer Awards

Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has made the news for a good reason as he triumphed at the seventh edition of Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai after scooping the Best Player of the Year accolade.

Messi, who travelled from Argentina to attend the ceremony said that it's been an extraordinary year for him and for the entire club. He said that he was very happy to receive these awards.
