CBI issues charge sheet to Suraj Pancholi in Jiah Khan death case
Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's suicide saw a new turn when the CBI charged her boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi with abetment to suicide.
Sooraj Pancholi today reached the court and collected the CBI chargesheet.
The chargesheet has reportedly mentioned the details of Jiah's pregnancy and the subsequent abortion.
It has been reported that Sooraj had extricated Jiah's foetus with his own hands and disposed it in the toilet.
The hearing in the case has been posted for January 18, 2016.
It is to be mentioned here that Jiah Khan was found dead at her Juhu residence in June 2013 and her mother Rabia Khan had alleged that her daughter died due to foul play and filed a petition in the Bombay High Court asking for the case to be handed to the CBI.
