Railways hikes Ticket Cancellation Charges-A Report
Indian Railways has doubled the ticket cancellation charge .
According to the new refund rules,there will be no refund after the departure of a train.
The Indian Railways department has made it clear that one has to get the refund four hours before the scheduled departure .
The purpose behind amending the Railway Passengers (Cancellation of Ticket and Refund of Fare) Rules, 2015, is learnt to stop the misuse of tickets with the aim of helping genuine passengers get confirmed tickets.
