TS Govt appoints Anurag Sharma as full time DGP
Anurag Sharma, IPS, who has been acting as Incharge DGP, has been retained as permanent Director General of Police (Head of the Police Force), Telangana.
Telangana chief minister KCR has finally okayed it on Friday.
Anurag Sharma has reportedly thanked KCR after meeting him.
It is to be mentioned here that along with Anurag Sharma, two other contenders were there for the coveted post namely Director General of Anti-Corruption Bureau A.K Khan and Director of National Police Academy Aruna Bahuguna.
