Japanese Sprinter,Aged 105 yrs Sets New World Record For Oldest Competitor

105 years old participating in the running race of 100 m at the Kyoto Masters Athletics Autumn competition in Kyoto, Japan has grabbed attention of people.

The old man born on 22 September 1910 has finished 100 mt race in just 42.22 seconds.

He was later greeted by his great-grandchildren. After the race, Miyazaki said, he was disappointed as he could not fulfill his target of 35 seconds.

 He added that he was not in good condition. However, he has shown little satisfaction stating that he could cross finish line.

It is to be mentioned here that Miyazaki has been popularly called 'Golden Bolt', because very often, he imitates Usain Bolt's renowned pose.
