High Court rejects Stephenson petition
The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
Hyderabad, June 29: The High Court on Monday quashed the petition filed by nominated MLA Stephenson.
The MLA filed a petitition requesting to shift the hearing over quash petition filed by Jerusalem Mathaiah, A-4 accused in cash-for-vote case, to another bench.
Rejecting the petition, the Court strongly commented that Stephenson's petition was misleading the court.
The High Court Justice ordered to take contempt of court action against Stephenson. The court announced of arguing Mathaiah's case.
