AP CM Chandrababu Naidu inaugurates Gannavaram new air terminal
Vijayawada, June 2, 2015: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has inaugurated the new terminal of the Gannavaram airport today.
Speaking to reporters after the inauguration, the chief minister has said that flights can be operated now to Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Chandrababu has revealed that the Centre has promised to help in the development of four new airports in the state. The new airports will be coming up at Nellore, Kuppam, Dagadarti and Orvakallu.
"We are developing the Rajahmundry airport for the Godavari Pushkarama, " he said.
