Ex MP makes complaint against Balakrishna
Ex MP Ponnam Prabhakar has complained to the Election Commission against Tollywood Star Balakrishna, stating that as MLA from Hindupur in Andhra Pradesh, how could he vote in the GHMC elections in Telangana.
Balakrishna had entered the political fray for the first time by getting elected to Hindupur that was held by his father, Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao, in the 2014 elections.
In the normal course, Balakrishna cast his vote in the GHMC elections as resident of the Jubilee Hills. Two days later, this was suddenly realized by Prabhakar.
The EC reply is awaited with eagerness because it might resolve the settlers dilemma in the city, among other things.
