Ananya Nanda hailing from Odisha made the state proud as she has lifted the 'Indian Idol Junior' trophy on Sunday (September 6).
It was the second season of singing reality show . The talented Ananya, 14, has defeated Nahid Afrin and Nithyashree Venkataramanan and received the price money of total Rs 10 lakhs.
The the three permanent judges including Sonakshi Sinha, Vishal Dadlani and Salim Merchant conducted the grand finale of the Sony show .
The presence of Sonakshi's father actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha is another major highlight of the finale night .
It is to be mentioned here that comedian Kapil Sharma, has promoted his debut film 'Kis Kisko Pyar Karu' on Indian Idol Junior set.
