TS, AP govts told to submit Agri Gold case reports
Hyderabad, July 27: The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad ordered Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments to give the details of the number of arrests they made in the AgriGold cheating case.
It also directed both the governments to submit whatever reports they are having, regarding the case.
The petition in AgriGold cheating came to hearing today in High Court. The petitioner requested CBI probe into the matter. The case was adjourned to next Monday (August 30).
AgriGold Group of Companies allegedly misappropriated funds to the tune of Rs 20,000 crore and had not paid the maturity amount to its depositors.
