Man arrested for swinging a dog and throwing him into the air 




A man on Wednesday was arrested by Delhi Police after a video of him torturing a dog went viral on social media.

The cruel man who caught the dog was seen swinging the dog holding its legs and thrown away.

This dog torture video was uploaded by the accused himself on Facebook that went viral on the Internet.

Delhi police has nabbed the person. The accused is a resident of Vivek Vihar in East Delhi.

The incident, which took place on Wednesday, was condemned severely by people.
